What this site is

Southern ADK Help is a free list of community resources in Warren, Washington and Saratoga Counties, New York. It is run by one local volunteer. It is not a government agency, it is not 211, and it is not run by any hospital, employer or the programs it lists.

Being listed is not a recommendation

Being listed does not mean we recommend a program or promise anything about its services. No one pays to be listed. See who gets listed.

Information can change

We check listings and answers against official sources, but programs change their phone numbers, hours, rules and costs, sometimes without notice. We can't promise that everything here is complete, current or right for you. Please call the program before you go, and confirm who qualifies and what it costs.

Not professional advice

The answers on the Learn page are general information, not legal, medical, financial or benefits advice for your situation. For advice about your own case, talk to a free legal aid office, your doctor, or the agency that runs the program.

Emergencies

This site is not an emergency service, and no one watches it around the clock. In an emergency, call 911. In a mental health or substance use crisis, call or text 988.

Your privacy

There are no accounts, ads, tracking or analytics. Our forms don't ask for your name or contact information. See About for more.

We can't promise the site is always right or always working. As far as the law allows, the site's owner isn't responsible for any loss or harm from using it or relying on it. The site is provided "as is."
